Currently, they are seeking an experienced Mechanic to contribute to their team’s success. This role will involve diagnosing and repairing various equipment, including winches, hydraulic systems, and transmissions, and providing rapid and excellent service to a diverse range of customers.
Job Responsibility:
Diagnosing equipment issues, ranging from simple to complex
Repairing winches, hydraulic systems, and transmissions in the shop and in the field
Providing excellent customer service, including traveling to customer locations when necessary
Using creativity and initiative to solve problems not covered in manuals or guides
Consulting customers on the best use, specifications, limitations, and best performance practices of their equipment
Requirements:
Proven repair experience, including diagnosing, repairing, fabricating, and tuning heavy lifting equipment (winches), diesel engines, and hydraulic systems
Capable of deep diving into machinery, not merely changing parts
Leadership experience, with proven success in conflict resolution, prioritization, and team development
Strong personality with the ability to lead without selfishness, fear, or offense
High emotional quotient (EQ)
