Mechanic

• Perform Maintenance on Surface Equipment: Maintain and repair assigned mechanical equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability-centered maintenance strategy, following standard work procedures
• Use Maintenance Systems: Adhere to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards to record: Work orders and maintenance history
• Parts used and labor time
• Equipment movements and performance data
• Ensure Compliance: Follow all Division TLM standards and competency requirements
• Support Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to reduce downtime and improve asset turnaround time
• Contribute to projects aimed at repair and reuse of parts to lower costs
• Assist in failure investigations and implement corrective actions
• Improve Productivity: Work collaboratively to enhance maintenance efficiency and technician productivity

• Strong mechanical skills and experience with industrial mechanical equipment (e.g., trucks, heavy units)
• Ability to follow structured maintenance programs and document work accurately
• Familiarity with digital maintenance systems (CMMS, TLM) is an asset
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
