Support the implementation of maintenance strategies and practices
Supervise maintenance operations and track key performance indicators
Coordinate technical teams on site and ensure activities follow safety and operational procedures
Prepare tool lists, consumable requirements, and equipment needed for workshops and maintenance areas
Assist in setting up mechanical infrastructures (workshops, tyre area, lubrication area, etc)
Conduct technical inspections to verify equipment readiness for operation
Support the development of SOPs, checklists, technical specifications and documentation
Ensure alignment with HSE requirements and company standards
Provide guidance to technicians when required
