This position will be a Mechanic Electrician that will work in a lubricants plant. They will work with packaging equipment, pumps, meters, motors, belts, drive, and other equipment used to operate a 24/7 production plant. This role works on a 5pm - 5am Pitman Schedule.
Job Responsibility:
Perform PM’s and standard repairs to equipment that includes but not limited to packaging, pumps, meters, motors, belts, drives and material handling equipment
Work with 3rd party contractors to ensure safety compliance with LOTO, hotwork, elevated and safe work
Perform basic electrical connections and disconnects to perform service work on equipment
Complete standardized training and education to grow within the role
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years in a manufacturing setting as a mechanic, mechanic electrician or controls technician
Knowledge of NFPA70E regulations, electrical skills and LOTO
Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand on feet for extended time
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have:
Associates degree or trade school is preferred
