Significant experience in a similar position on EPC Oil & Gas projects / Refinery
Prefer civil quality background
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, management skills
Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution

Job Responsibility

To coordinate any subcontractor activities falling within his / her own area, including both intermediate and final inspections and tests
To evaluate test results, the validity of certificates and related reports, informing the supervisor of any defect
To check that construction works are in accordance with project specifications and related standards and comply to the quality control plan for his / her own area
To note the work quantities performed by subcontractors and on this basis prepare the construction monthly progress report for his / her own area
To check the detailed activity plan for his / her own area and compare it with work progress

Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
Complete architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical system preventative maintenance as assigned
Perform general cleaning, painting, and repairs to roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other building components
