As we continue to build a more insights-led Communications function, we’re seeking a Measurement and Insights Associate Analyst to support brand campaign reporting across North America. This role supports the delivery of strong media reporting for our brands by pairing analytical thinking with clear, effective communication.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support campaign reporting for PepsiCo’s iconic North America brands, with a focus on executing and elevating campaign reports
  • Build, maintain, and QA media monitoring dashboards using Talkwalker, ensuring accurate query setup, data integrity, and timely delivery
  • Pull data and surface key insights, trends, and performance summaries that translate metrics into clear, actionable takeaways
  • Support ad hoc data pulls and analysis requests to enable timely decision-making and stakeholder updates
  • Assist with benchmarking and baseline analysis to contextualize campaign performance over time
  • Stay curious about how earned media is measured and how analytics tools continue to evolve to support ongoing improvement
  • Assist in standardizing reporting outputs, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across deliverables
  • Help maintain internal measurement SharePoint site, ensuring final reports, dashboards, and materials are uploaded accurately and consistently
  • Support documentation of measurement processes, playbooks, and best practices
  • Support end-to-end execution of campaign reporting, from intake and setup through delivery and archiving
  • Own and maintain Monday.com boards for campaign reporting and analytics workflows
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on schedule and expectations are met
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to support smooth execution and timely inputs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, analytics, insights, or a related field (agency or in-house)
  • Ability to work from the Purchase, NY office at least two days per week is required
  • Passionate about consumer marketing and the CPG space, with curiosity for how brands show up in media
  • Proficiency with media monitoring and analytics tools
  • hands-on experience with Talkwalker strongly preferred
  • Ability to clearly summarize findings and insights in written formats (PowerPoint, email, short reports)
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management, organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
