Job Responsibility

Function as a support to the Certified Nursing Assistants
Provide direct and indirect care to residents under the supervision of a nurse
Support the C.N.A.’s
Perform other duties assigned by nurses and other clinical and administrative leadership
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize the quality of life for our residents
Performs duties of homemaker when needed
Answers call light in a timely manner
Places all belongings within patients reach (call light, pitcher, glasses, remote, etc.)
Serves and collect meal trays, assists during meals, sanitizes/cleans tables after meals
Assists residents in communication involving technology (Zoom, Face time, others)

Job Responsibility

Do assigned duties as they fit into the day's schedule
Answer call lights as needed
Do vital signs as indicated and when requested

Attend Staff and In-Service Meetings
Assist in, and/or perform, responsibilities connected with admissions, transfers and discharges
Use aseptic technique in all care of residents to prevent spread of disease and infection
Observe residents' physical condition, emotions, reactions to events, eating and report any and all changes to the Charge Nurse
