Job Description

As a ME Supervisor you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility. In this role you will play a key role in Aptiv.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate, Supervise, control all activities related to project planning and industrialization of product technical data
  • Develop the site's strategy for project management
  • Cascade the objectives defined at the Operational and Functional level to the 'project Management' team and define a work plan to achieve them
  • Ensure a good connection between the product change and the production process
  • Ensure that established schedules are respected and objectives are achieved while identifying risks and defining bypass scenarios
  • Ensure a good understanding of customer requirements and their interpretation on the product and process
  • Supervise Project Planning meetings with teams and Develop/monitor performance indicators
  • Validate the calculation of investments related to engineering changes and MYCs and increase the volume of the entire project
  • Facilitate and ensure the smooth running of the various audits (internal, certification, customer, etc...)
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, Environmental standards, health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Methods, automated systems electromechanics or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in Aptiv
  • Good level of communication in English & French
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of manufacturing Engineering
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
