Requirements:
CREDENTIALING PROCESS AND SOFTWARE EXPERTISE
THE ANALYST MUST HAVE A SOLID BACKGROUND IN PROVIDER CREDENTIALING PROCESSES
FAMILIARITY WITH LEGACY SYSTEMS LIKE CACTUS (VISUAL AND WEB) AND THE NUANCES OF CREDENTIALING WORKFLOWS
HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH MDSTAFF OR SIMILAR CREDENTIALING PLATFORMS
BE CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING DATA MIGRATION, MAPPING, AND CLEANUP EFFORTS FROM CACTUS TO MDSTAFF
UNDERSTANDING OF CREDENTIALING DATA STRUCTURES, INCLUDING PRIVILEGES, FPPE/OPPE, AND PROVIDER LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
AWARENESS OF REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE STANDARDS (E.G., HIPAA, PHI HANDLING)
TECHNICAL AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS
ABILITY TO WORK WITH DATA EXPORTS, IDENTIFY DISCREPANCIES, AND SUPPORT DATA NORMALIZATION ACROSS ENTITIES

SOFT SKILLS AND ORGANIZATIONAL FIT
STRONG COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION SKILLS TO WORK WITH IT, MSO/CVO, AND VENDOR TEAMS
