Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MDM Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot mobile and endpoint devices using ScaleFusion or similar MDM platforms. The candidate should ensure device compliance, policy enforcement, and end-user support across Android, iOS, and Windows environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and administer ScaleFusion MDM (preferred) or other MDM platforms like Intune / AirWatch / MobileIron
  • Enroll, configure, and monitor devices for compliance and security
  • Create and deploy policies, restrictions, and applications
  • Perform device troubleshooting and resolve policy enforcement issues
  • Generate compliance and activity reports for management
  • Coordinate with IT and InfoSec teams for alignment with corporate policies
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, SOPs, and incident records

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in ScaleFusion MDM administration
  • Understanding of Android Enterprise and Apple DEP / VPP
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • ScaleFusion Certified Administrator (if available)
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • VMware Workspace ONE or MobileIron certification (optional)
