We are looking for a Master Data Management expert based in Warsaw, Poland. We are looking for an individual who is driven, motivated and looking for a challenge. The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative and with an expert level experience in masterdata management and business process management to drive issues to conclusions

Job Responsibility:

  • Masterdata Project Management
  • Work Package Leader in all New Product Introduction Projects
  • Sub- Work Package Leader for non- core masterdata functions
  • Masterdata Lead in Product Change Management Projects
  • Pilot small projects either as part of Product Change Management or part Data Maintenance
  • Masterdata Workpackage Leader in corporate Strategic Business Projects
  • Masterdata Maintenance
  • Support Operational / Production requests for masterdata topics
  • Maintain Material Master data integrity/quality
  • Identify systemic gaps in process and propose, implement solutions as part of Continuous Improvement
  • Work with Domain and Discipline Experts on business process improvements when gaps are found
  • Be part of the periodic data maintenance reviews – especially if requiring corrections and changes
  • Masterdata Tools & Automation
  • Propose / develop automated solutions to improve both masterdata and overall Team efficiency
  • Collaborate with MDM developers to provide efficiency solutions for masterdata issues either as part of an NPI or regular masterdata maintenance
  • Utilise the automation / efficiency solutions delivered

Requirements:

  • Experience of SAP modules like MM (Expert) and/or PP, SD (desirable)
  • Experience of automation / Efficiency tools like Winshuttle (or something similar)
  • Experience of Data Analytics / Reporting like PowerBi (or something similar)
  • Project Management (Expert) – whether as a Work Package Leader or active role
  • Product Change Management (Expert)
  • Business Process Management (Expert)
  • Experience and knowledge of Manufacturing and Industrial Processes
  • Experience of Data Transfer projects involving one site to another
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Good communication skills to lead and persuade
