Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MDM PM to lead enterprise application and technology initiatives for a construction-focused organization in Chicago, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a project leader who can guide complex programs from initial assessment through delivery while aligning technical solutions with operational goals. The role requires close collaboration with IT, security, and business partners and a strong command of structured project execution in fast-moving environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Direct end-to-end delivery of application and technology projects, overseeing planning, execution, risk management, and implementation activities
  • Gather business objectives from stakeholders and convert them into clear project scope, technical requirements, and actionable delivery plans
  • Lead Agile or Scrum-based project routines, including key team ceremonies, sprint coordination, and progress tracking across cross-functional groups
  • Assess enterprise tools and platforms, develop recommendations, and support the rollout of solutions that meet organizational and operational needs
  • Manage Mobile Device Management initiatives, including platform evaluation, deployment planning, and coordination with technical teams during implementation
  • Build strong working relationships across IT, security, and business functions to ensure alignment, timely decisions, and successful user adoption
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reporting, and governance processes to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track
  • Drive communication and change-management efforts associated with new technology capabilities and evolving business processes

Requirements:

  • Proven success managing technology and application-focused projects from discovery through implementation
  • Strong IT project management experience with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, including facilitating team ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional contributors
  • Familiarity with enterprise solution assessment, selection, and implementation in complex environments
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms
  • hands-on expertise with leading MDM tools is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced settings
  • Background in project management tools and methodologies, with PMP certification considered valuable
  • Exposure to Master Data Management, CMS platforms, coding-related project environments, or Informatica is beneficial
