Apply authorized mass updates and record corrections while following defined controls, documentation standards, and change procedures
Track and review data quality metrics, exception queues, and reporting outputs to help maintain visibility into ongoing issues
Partner with data stewards, governance teams, operations staff, and business stakeholders to resolve records that require functional input or policy interpretation
Maintain clear documentation of remediation actions, decisions, and audit-ready support materials in accordance with compliance requirements
