Joining us as a Master Data Portfolio Analyst you will be part of the BSO Master Data Function that will act as BSO partner to Country and Central/ Group Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Quality, and IT functions to enable them in the delivering of business results in the new product introduction area. The role will ensure that product data is effectively managed, accurate, and readily available in CCH systems to support decision-making and operational processes across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for all data modification in Product Commercial area with focus Data Quality and Accuracy
Work closely with different stakeholders based on the project launches, to ensure MD standards and accurate set up is considered
Maintain MD in the relevant CCH system in compliance with the procedures, codes of conduct or any other internal documents of the Company adopted according to the internal rules
Uphold an extensive master data management framework for product introduction
Formulate the data model, data structures, and data elements necessary to day-to-day business needs
Work on an implementation of data capture, validation, and maintenance protocols to ensure the precision and uniformity of data
Influence concept of data quality maintenance and improvement
Improve professional skills by on-the-job training
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate master data processes for new product introductions
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in master data management
Be available to work on a hybrid schedule (2 days in the office on weekly basis for Sofia based applicants)
Requirements:
Experience in product lifecycle management and data maintenance
Excellent command of English - both written and verbal
Critical thinking, problem solving and strong logical skills
Strongly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in team projects and agile environment
Experienced user of MS office applications
Experience with SAP systems and modules
Experience in successfully managing variety of tasks and able to meet deadlines
Passionate about data maintenance and business processes
Team player, action oriented with attention to detail and accuracy
Very good customer service skills, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
