Job Responsibility
Follow the company policies, procedures and guidelines and ensure the store's compliance
Carry out regular in-store checks and audits to ensure store teams are following set policies and procedures
Support the setup of in-store events to ensure successful execution
Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
Ensure that all activities relating to receipt, storage and movement of goods are managed responsibly and in line with company guidelines
Ensure that the Stock Room is efficiently organised to allow the store team to identify products, optimizing fetch time
Ensure that shop-to-shop and return transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timeline
Ensure that staff uniforms are ordered and distributed in a timely manner
Responsible for conducting inventory counts (cycle counts and physical inventory) and reconciliations across all categories in store, including investigation of discrepancies and resolution
Maintain an accurate stock file through the correct monitoring of product movements (deliveries, transfers, consignments)
Ensure all stock adjustments are processed in a timely manner in line with company guidelines
Regularly monitor consignments and follow up
Support the preparation for markdown and the transition after markdown period
Responsible for managing in store damaged stock
Maintain an optimized stock room capacity
Where applicable, manage the flow of OMNI orders making sure to guarantee the required service levels
Responsible for achieving Operations KPI's and be client minded supporting the overall store performance
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with relevant functions i.e. Inventory Control, Retail Operations, and within the Store team and across store network
Ensure the store is adequately stocked with all operating supplies, including packaging and stationery and systems are accurately reflected
Coordinate suppliers and couriers to ensure most efficient and cost-effective service is in place
Consistently provide highest level of professionalism in all behaviors, including communication and team work in line with the House Code of Behaviors
Work well within the store team and within the retail network, and actively support and assist colleagues
Work with all internal and external stakeholders, with a service-oriented collaborative, available and versatile approach
Requirements
Fluent in Italian
Good English
MS Office, Excel in particular
Previous experience of stock management and retail operations
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Highly motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Successful performance record and a demonstrated ability to deliver retail excellence
Ability to quickly establish strong credibility with team members and external resources
The ability, drive and desire to deliver outstanding results
