Job Description:

As an MClub Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and unique experience during their stay. Responsibilities include operational support, addressing guest needs, and delivering exceptional service while upholding quality standards and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share the highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure professional appearance and communication
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
