Job Description:

A bit about the role: Discover and report at least one proactive hazard identification per month. Zero RIDDOR or lost-time incidents on relevant projects. No instances of non-conforming work, such as inaccurate reporting or failure to adhere to procedures. The MCERTS Technician should ensure that job file checks exceed 95% compliance. Guarantee that all assigned equipment is regularly maintained, serviced, calibrated, and PAT tested in accordance with the Quality Management System.

Job Responsibility:

Discover and report at least one proactive hazard identification per month
Zero RIDDOR or lost-time incidents on relevant projects
No instances of non-conforming work, such as inaccurate reporting or failure to adhere to procedures
The MCERTS Technician should ensure that job file checks exceed 95% compliance
Guarantee that all assigned equipment is regularly maintained, serviced, calibrated, and PAT tested in accordance with the Quality Management System

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the MCERTS/CEMS
Candidate can be based anywhere within the UK but must be happy to travel
Adherence to all client H & S policy
Adherence of the company QMS
Interaction and communication with clients
Undertake sampling in accordance with prescribed procedures
Travel to customers sites
Site Review Meetings
Site inductions
Planning and preparation of sampling equipment
Cleaning, preparation, repair, and calibration of test equipment
Preparing and authorising SSP’s, site reviews, risk assessments & test reports
