Job Responsibility

Lead and manage complex programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
Drive strategic initiatives across business operations, including process optimization, systems integration, and performance tracking
Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle: from vendor negotiations and pilot phases to full-scale deployment and steady-state operations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to define requirements, success metrics, and deliverables
Manage vendor relationships and partner operations, ensuring service quality, compliance, and performance
Support contract negotiations, working closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and finance to ensure timely and successful program delivery

Job Responsibility

Develop and execute a long-term financial roadmap aligned with Hypervolt’s goals for market expansion, new product lines, and potential capital events
Partner with executive leadership to prioritise investments, maximise returns, and optimise cost structures
Oversee Sage Intacct, the core finance/accounting/ERP system, ensuring accurate, timely month-end and quarter-end closes
Establish and refine ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition policies
Maintain and improve GAAP-compliant reporting
Ensure Workiva is effectively leveraged for GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) processes
Work with internal audit or compliance teams to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and strategic risks
Spearhead financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Evaluate new market opportunities, perform scenario analyses, and deliver real-time dashboards
Oversee existing and potential investor relationships
