KRI Data Management: Own the end-to-end process for Key Risk Indicator (KRI) data collection, validation, and consolidation across all directorates
Single source of truth: Develop a single source of truth for data reporting which is accessible, consistent and easy to use. Use this to identify new and innovative reporting and insights. Ownership of risk data taxonomy and metadata standards
Risk Reporting & Narratives: Prepare accurate and insightful risk/issues reports, including heatmaps, trend analysis, and executive summaries for governance forums (ERCC, ARC). Identify best practice for reporting from both external and internal sources and incorporate it where applicable
Risk Score Tracking: ensure consistent application of risk scores across registers in alignment with ERMF
Data Quality & Improvement: Identify gaps in data integrity and lead initiatives to improve data capture, structure, and automation opportunities
Insights & Analytics: Deliver data-led insights on emerging risk trends, control effectiveness, risk interconnections and thematic issues to inform deep dives and horizon scanning
Heatmap & Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain dynamic heatmaps and dashboards for real-time risk visibility
Governance Support: Provide high-quality data packs for risk committees and ensure compliance with reporting timelines and standards
Data Migration: Lead all migration/consolidation programs to ensure consistency with reporting
