Job Description:

The group handles a sophisticated mix of high-net-worth matrimonial matters, including litigation (fifty percent or less), mediation, and the drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle high-net-worth matrimonial and family law matters
  • Participate in litigation, including motion practice and court appearances, as needed
  • Draft and negotiate prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
  • Assist with mediation and negotiated resolutions
  • Produce high-quality written work, including pleadings, agreements, and legal analysis

Requirements:

  • Approximately 1 to 8 years of matrimonial/family law experience
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent legal writing skills
  • Four days a week in the office
  • New York bar admission required
