Job Description:

The Matillion Developer Support role requires over 4 years of experience in Matillion and data warehousing. Candidates will manage incidents, enhance workflows, and provide 24/7 support. Strong debugging and communication skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. Shift timings: 8:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST (Rotated 2 shifts)

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working in Matillion
  • Experience in developing features for enterprise level data warehouse and knowledge of data warehousing concepts
  • Ability to deliver support services to meet SLAs, Good debugging skills
  • Should have continuous improvement attitude and identify areas for problem management
  • Experience in cross skilling team to create backups, working in 24/7 support environment providing team coverage for priority (P1/P2) issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
