Job Description:

Middle school mathematics teacher position starting August 2025 at a school in Sharjah, UAE. Victorian (Australian) curriculum is followed, with a supportive learning environment and excellent facilities such as sports hall and swimming pool. The location provides low cost of living lifestyle and proximity to Dubai.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Victorian (Australian) curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and enjoyment
Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure student success
Participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field with a relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (outstanding applicants with one year of experience may be considered)
Australian curriculum experience is preferred but not essential
Previous international experience is welcomed
