Job Description:

Schools across the Wirral-from Birkenhead to West Kirby-need Maths Teachers who are reliable and ready to help students succeed. Whether you are an ECT looking for a start or a seasoned teacher wanting a new environment, we have roles available now. We offer: Full-Time, Part-Time, Long-Term, and Flexible Day-to-Day roles.

Job Responsibility:

Plan and lead Maths lessons that actually make sense to students
Help Year 11s get through their GCSE exams with confidence
Show students how Maths works in the real world, not just on paper
Make sure your lessons support students of all levels, including SEND
Give students clear, helpful feedback so they know how to improve
Work with the Maths team to keep the curriculum fresh and exciting
Keep your classroom organised and focused on learning
Update parents on how their children are progressing in the subject

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (mandatory)
An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication skills and a deep knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and GCSE assessment criteria
