Job Description:

Justteachers is seeking an Maths Teacher who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Blackburn area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence September 2026 with the school looking for permanent members of staff. This is a well established school with a strong sense of tradition and high standards. It promotes a balanced approach to academic success and personal development. Staff benefit from a collaborative culture and clear routines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Teaching KS3 and KS4 maths curriculum
  • Planning structured and differentiated lessons
  • Tracking attainment and progress
  • Supporting positive behaviour for learning

Requirements:

  • UK school teaching experience
  • QTS or equivalent UK qualification
  • Strong knowledge of KS3 and KS4 Maths
  • Ability to support varied learning needs
