Job Description:

Randstad Education is proud to work alongside a highly regarded secondary School in Colchester to recruit an enthusiastic Maths Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about turning formulas into future success and helping students gain confidence in problem-solving.

Job Responsibility:

Design and teach dynamic Maths lessons that inspire, stretch, and support students of all abilities
Differentiate your teaching to cater to varied student abilities
Encourage logical thinking, persistence, and mathematical confidence
Participate in School activities, from maths clubs to STEM competitions
Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous departmental improvement

Requirements:

Possess a UK-recognised teaching qualification such as QTS, QTLS, or a PGCE
Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
Deep understanding of the Maths curriculum and assessment frameworks
Strong classroom management and a positive, proactive teaching style
Passion for helping students achieve their full potential in Mathematics
