The school seeks a high-impact Teacher of Mathematics to drive exceptional pupil progress and enthusiasm across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role involves delivering a challenging curriculum, ensuring all pupils achieve GCSE success.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
Drive measurable pupil progress and secure high GCSE attainment
Plan effective differentiation for all learner needs
Maintain a focused environment with high expectations and effective behaviour management
Contribute to departmental schemes of work and engage fully in CPD
Work collaboratively to ensure teaching consistency
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status QTS or equivalent
Relevant Honours Degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject
Recent, demonstrable experience teaching Maths to KS4
Ability to legally work in the UK
Current DBS check (or willingness to apply)
