Job Description:

justteachers is working with a welcoming and well‑established secondary school in Leeds to recruit a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team after February half term. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about helping students develop confidence and strong numeracy skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons in line with the national curriculum for KS3 and KS4
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Attend meetings, carry out administrative tasks and duties as required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 level
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Two education-based references
  • Legal right to work in the UK
