Job Responsibility
Personalised Delivery: Teach mathematics across a variety of settings, including one-to-one sessions, small group work, and larger vocational settings
Curriculum Adaptation: Tailor and differentiate the Maths curriculum (covering Functional Skills through to GCSE) to meet the unique needs and interests of individual learners
Collaborative Support: Work closely with regional Learning Managers and school leaders to track progress, shape targeted interventions, and ensure safeguarding and learner information processes are consistently upheld

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential, with a strong track record of delivering engaging Maths lessons
SEN Experience Preferred: A background in SEN or Alternative Provision is highly valued, particularly experience in re-engaging reluctant or anxious learners
Mobility: A valid driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance are essential, as you will need to travel between sites within the locality to support and engage with our young people
