Job Responsibility
Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction to students ranging from KS3 to GCSE levels, with potential opportunities for A-Level teaching
Maintain a productive and disciplined learning environment, ensuring adherence to institutional policies
For supply assignments: adapt quickly to new classroom environments using provided lesson plans
For long-term roles: actively participate in assessment, marking, and departmental meetings to ensure consistent student progress
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or status as an Early Career Teacher (ECT)
A degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline
Demonstrable strength in classroom management and the ability to integrate into new educational teams seamlessly
Possession of a current, enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or a commitment to obtaining one
Reliable transportation to facilitate travel between schools in Plymouth and surrounding areas
