Job Responsibility
Delivering targeted maths interventions to individuals and small groups
Supporting pupils with numeracy, problem-solving, reasoning, and arithmetic skills
Assisting teachers in planning and preparing engaging learning activities
Supporting pupils who require additional academic support
Helping children develop confidence and resilience within the classroom
Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
Supporting wider classroom learning when required
Requirements
A Mathematics degree or closely related subject from a UK university
Strong academic credentials
Excellent numeracy and communication skills
A genuine interest in education and child development
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
