Job Description

We are looking for a Maths & Science Teacher to join our specialised SEN team in Hinckley. Here, we don't do standardised conveyor-belt education. We build tailored, multi-sensory learning experiences around the child, focusing on learners aged 7 to 19 who need a completely different approach to thrive.

Job Responsibility

  • Teach in small groups or on a dedicated 1:1 basis
  • design innovative flexible Key Stage 3 and 4 curriculums
  • contribute to EHCP reviews, learner profiles, and progress tracking

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Level 6 Qualification
  • ability to deliver Maths and Science
  • right mindset to build trust, set boundaries and stay calm under pressure
