Job Description:

As a Lecturer of Maths and English at EKC Sheppey College, you’ll spark curiosity, build confidence, and help students unlock their full potential. No two days are the same - from teaching and training to guiding learners toward success, you’ll play a key role in shaping their futures. You'll mostly be teaching Functional Skills, and for the right candidate there could be some GCSE level education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on designated study programmes or courses
  • designing, delivering, and evaluating engaging content

Requirements:

  • Teaching experience or have delivered training in the workplace
  • Highly organised and creative
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and connect with learners
  • Confidence in assessing and tracking student progress
