Maths Teacher | Long-Term & Temporary Opportunities | Croydon Are you a passionate educator ready to make numbers count? Whether you are looking for a long-term career move or the flexibility of temporary assignments, we want to hear from you. The Role We are looking for individuals who can bring Mathematics to life. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and potentially KS5), ensuring that every student has the support and challenge they need to succeed. Location: Croydon and surrounding areas. Start Date: Immediate and September starts available. Contract Type: Long-term, permanent, and flexible temporary roles. Pay: Competitive rates based on experience (Scale 1-6 / MPS / UPS). Key Responsibilities Inspiring Learning: Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that cater to a range of abilities. Assessment & Progress: Use data and assessments to track student growth and provide "live" feedback to close learning gaps. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, "outstanding" learning environment where students feel safe and focused. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and Teaching Assistants to ensure every child reaches their potential. Safeguarding: Act as a vigilant protector of student well-being, following all school policies and procedures.
