Are you passionate about helping young people build confidence in mathematics and develop skills that support their future pathways? Join our team and make a meaningful difference for learners who need a more flexible, relational approach to education. Many of our pupils arrive having faced challenges in traditional education settings and may experience anxiety, gaps in learning or low confidence in mathematics. As a teacher at Mirren Park, you will have the opportunity to rebuild trust in learning, develop resilience, and support young people to make progress at a pace that is right for them. We are looking for committed professionals who are keen to develop as trauma informed practitioners. You will be supported to tailor mathematical teaching to meet individual needs and to create an environment where young people feel safe, valued and understood. This role would suit someone who believes mathematics can be made accessible, relevant and meaningful for all learners. Classes are small and supported by high staff‑to‑pupil ratios, allowing a strong focus on relationships, responsive teaching and individual progress.
