Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction across secondary year levels, aligned with contemporary pedagogical practices
Integrate positive education principles and restorative practices to enhance student engagement and classroom harmony
Support students in becoming independent learners by fostering agency and essential skill development
Work collaboratively with parents and the wider school community to support the holistic growth of every student
Requirements:
Valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
Relevant teaching degree
Demonstrated experience or a high level of understanding in restorative practices and positive education
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust communication styles to meet the needs of diverse students and families
A willingness to support the college’s approach to excellence in Christian co-education
