Mathematics Teacher

• Teach Mathematics across KS3–A Level
• Support learning in the middle and senior school as part of a collaborative and supportive department
• Monitor and assess student progress to ensure strong academic outcomes
• Adapt teaching strategies to support students for whom English may be an additional language
• Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities and the wider life of the school
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice

• Successful experience teaching Mathematics to A Level and/or IBDP, with evidence of excellent student progress
• A creative, student-centred approach rooted in Quality First Teaching
• Fluency in English with strong spoken, written and technical communication skills
• A commitment to pastoral care and to supporting the holistic development of every student
• A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to take part in extracurricular and whole-school initiatives
• Flexibility to teach younger year groups when required
• Openness to integrating technology—including VR, AI and digital tools—to enrich learning
• A reflective, growth-minded approach and enthusiasm for ongoing professional development
