Job Description:

This role is ideal for an experienced teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to leadership within the Maths department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Maths teacher looking to progress into or continue in a TLR role within a supportive Eastbourne school.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
Taking on additional responsibility within the department
May include curriculum development, mentoring staff, supporting interventions, or leading key initiatives to raise attainment

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
Strong understanding of curriculum planning and assessment
Leadership potential or previous middle leadership experience
Commitment to improving student outcomes
