As our Community Health Worker, you will be a vital link between individuals and essential community resources, actively working to reduce health disparities and improve access to support services. Every day, you will proactively engage with clients, assessing their needs and identifying pathways to care and support. You'll connect individuals to relevant health, social, educational, and employment resources, providing guidance and practical assistance to overcome logistical barriers. Your dedication to empowering clients and removing barriers to care will be paramount.
Job Responsibility:
Conducts classes within the defined curriculum
Keeps accurate class logs and submits information to the Manager/Supervisor
Conducts classes in an orderly and timely manner. Starts promptly and finishes on time
Maintains competence and instructional skills through attendance of continuing education programs or specialty certification
Provides maternity tours at designated locations and times
Reviews/revises curriculum with Manager/Supervisor as needed

obstetric experience as CNA, OB Tech or LPN
inactive RN with previous obstetric experience
