Job Description

In this role, you will be the bridge between our office, the stores team, and the factory floor. You will provide crucial administrative support to ensure materials are accurately tracked, scheduled, and ready for our production lines.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in creating accurate material call-off schedules and picking lists to support the factory assembly teams
  • Work daily with the warehouse/stores team to ensure parts are available and track any material shortages or delays
  • Maintain and update production documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and operational schedules
  • Handle general office tasks, including data entry, internal reporting, and ordering office supplies

Requirements

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Any experience with ERP/MRP computer systems is a massive plus
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
