Job Responsibility

Mechanical design and detailing of aerospace structural components and assemblies, with emphasis on wing structures, bolted joints, and joint interfaces
Create and maintain 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, and manufacturing documentation
prepare supplier-ready documentation and respond to supplier queries
Develop and maintain assembly configurations, part metadata, and revision control in PDM/PLM systems
Implement relational design practices to ensure traceability between requirements, CAD models, analyses, and deliverables
Support design-for-manufacture and design-for-assembly activities and participate in design reviews, change requests, and engineering release processes
Perform analytical calculations and numerical simulations for bolted joints and composite structures
automate verification and validation workflows for advanced material models
Support test design and execution for composite material experiments and NDT (non-destructive testing)
operate acoustic-based NDT systems and laboratory test equipment
