Job Responsibility

  • Driving, loading, and unloading construction materials from trucks, trailers, and other delivery vehicles
  • Organizing and staging materials in designated storage areas to ensure accessibility and efficiency
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and transport materials safely and efficiently
  • Assisting in inventory management by accurately counting and documenting materials as they are received and dispatched
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure materials are delivered to job sites on schedule and in accordance with project requirements
  • Following all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
  • Performing general maintenance tasks on equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Assisting with other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall project operations

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without an accommodation
  • Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, pull, and sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to work in an outdoor, active construction site
  • CDL not required but preferred
  • Prior experience or work in the construction industry is preferred

  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and report findings to the Buyer Planner to replenish such stocks
