Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher for a leading production company in the concrete industry. The role involves preparing and verifying concrete mixtures while ensuring that production halls have a continuous supply of concrete to meet manufacturing demands.

Job Responsibility:

Produce concrete mixtures according to specified compositions
Start, operate, and monitor the concrete production plant
Oversee mixers to maintain an efficient production flow
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Compile production reports and manage data
Order raw materials and supplies as needed

Requirements:

A strong commitment to safety and quality
Practical and technical organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Comfort working in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, oil, and water
Prior experience in concrete production is a plus

Prior experience in concrete production
