Job Description

We are looking for a Material Coordinator who will play a critical role in ensuring seamless material flow across the organization by optimizing NPI material management and maintaining accurate records to support build phases and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Work in close coordination with Program Manager, Procurement, Engineer, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow across projects
  • Manage end-to-end material flow, including unloading, labeling, system receiving, warehouse inbound, and coordinating shipping arrangements for both domestic and international shipments
  • Responsible for managing NPI material warehouses, optimizing material storage, ensuring inventory accuracy through quarterly cycle counts and reconciliation, and overseeing disposal activities in compliance with company policy
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in materials, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ERP systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field
