Job Description:

Materials Assistant (Bank) at The Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden, part of Circle Health Group. Bank role working as needed to cover busy periods and staff absences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Active member of the Materials Department involved in day-to-day operations
  • Provide effective materials management service to all internal customers
  • Ensure stock availability through correct order processing and replenishing
  • Maintain departmental paperwork and files in good order
  • Comply with all relevant mandatory training.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of GSCE/O level Mathematics and English or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work on own initiative without close supervision
  • Customer service skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
