Job Description:

Supply Chain is a function within our airline organisation responsible for the timely and most economical availability of aircraft spares to support the TUI operation and maintenance activities. The Supply Chain function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation. As Material Supplier, your focus will be to develop, manage, and improve. Handling and providing all store-related functions, in an accurate, compliant, and efficient manner, including several expertise-areas such as Goods-In, Despatch, Material Movements and Issuing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Goods receiving - Receiving, checking, registering, and unpacking of all incoming deliveries
  • Ensure that goods are received and as registered into AMOS in line with EASA regulations
  • Stores activities - Stores and picks aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment on a timely and safely manner
  • Goods return - Raise orders to return parts to contracted agencies or repair vendors
  • Shipping activities - Shipping of spares worldwide

Requirements:

  • Required relevant working experience ideally in a logistic area
  • Stores & Shipping experience
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of engineering systems
  • Ability to obtain and hold an airside driving permit, S1 goods-receiving stamp, Dangerous Goods by Air certificate & Forklift license
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a constructive manner and in a shift rotation system
