Job Description:

As a Material Registrar, you help ensure the smooth installation of ASML’s most advanced lithography systems. You make sure every tool, part, and material arrives where and when the install team needs it. Your work directly supports the delivery of next‑generation semiconductor technology, which powers the devices people rely on every day. In this role, you contribute to ASML’s mission to push the limits of innovation. You collaborate closely with engineers and project teams as part of Customer Support’s EUV Installations group, helping customers receive systems on time and operating to specification. As a Material Registrar, you manage materials, tooling, documentation, and transactions that support complex system installations. You work in a fast‑paced, highly controlled environment where accuracy and teamwork matter every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all tools and materials required for daily installation activities are available at the right time and location
  • Return materials, tools, and packaging to ASML or the customer warehouse
  • Inspect tools and materials for deviations in identification, quality, or cleanliness
  • Take action to resolve deviations or delivery issues
  • Report missing, incorrect, or defective parts and follow up with corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the installation team to maintain tooling calibration and preventive maintenance planning
  • Process administrative transactions, including maintaining configuration lists to keep system records accurate in SAP

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and additional technical training or apprenticeship
  • Experience working as a logistics technician or materials specialist in high‑tech environments
  • Familiarity with semiconductor terminology
  • Experience handling clean and ultra‑clean materials in a semiconductor cleanroom
  • Minimum 1–2 years working in a fab environment
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
