As a Material Registrar, you help ensure the smooth installation of ASML’s most advanced lithography systems. You make sure every tool, part, and material arrives where and when the install team needs it. Your work directly supports the delivery of next‑generation semiconductor technology, which powers the devices people rely on every day. In this role, you contribute to ASML’s mission to push the limits of innovation. You collaborate closely with engineers and project teams as part of Customer Support’s EUV Installations group, helping customers receive systems on time and operating to specification. As a Material Registrar, you manage materials, tooling, documentation, and transactions that support complex system installations. You work in a fast‑paced, highly controlled environment where accuracy and teamwork matter every day.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure that all tools and materials required for daily installation activities are available at the right time and location
Return materials, tools, and packaging to ASML or the customer warehouse
Inspect tools and materials for deviations in identification, quality, or cleanliness
Take action to resolve deviations or delivery issues
Report missing, incorrect, or defective parts and follow up with corrective actions
Collaborate with the installation team to maintain tooling calibration and preventive maintenance planning
Process administrative transactions, including maintaining configuration lists to keep system records accurate in SAP
Requirements:
High school diploma and additional technical training or apprenticeship
Experience working as a logistics technician or materials specialist in high‑tech environments
Familiarity with semiconductor terminology
Experience handling clean and ultra‑clean materials in a semiconductor cleanroom
Minimum 1–2 years working in a fab environment
SAP experience preferred
Communicate clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
Stay organized in a high‑paced environment
Work respectfully with colleagues from different cultures
Adapt to changing priorities and conditions
Apply strong hands‑on and problem‑solving skills
Coordinate tasks with attention to detail
Document work accurately and consistently
Manage multiple tasks with reliability and focus

Expect to spend more than 75% of your time inside the cleanroom
Ability to travel up to 25%, including multi‑week periods
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
