Faridabad, Haryana. Contract. Salary upto 5 LPA. Working Day 6. Job Timing 9 hrs. Qualification: Any Graduate.

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise daily material receipt activities at warehouse docks
  • Ensure FIFO-based vehicle placement and unloading
  • Verify received material against Invoice, ASN, PO, and delivery documents
  • Ensure proper segregation of accepted, damaged, excess, and shortage materials
  • Maintain discrepancy report in system
  • Monitor unloading activities and ensure safe material handling practices
  • Ensure timely creation of Material Receipt Note (MRN)
  • Ensure all invoices and supporting documents are properly maintained and timely submission in finance for payment
  • Monitor pending receipts and ensure timely closure
  • Ensure system-generated identification tags are printed and affixed on all received materials
  • Maintain complete traceability of received material from receipt to stagging area
  • Coordinate with Quality team for inspection and disposition of materials
  • Report shortages, damages, wrong supplies, and quality issues to concerned stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and warehouse standards
  • Ensure PPE usage and safety compliance during unloading and receiving activities
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Suppliers, Transporters, Inventory, Putaway, and Quality teams
  • Support resolution of ASN, PO, and system-related issues affecting material receipt
  • Monitor receipt productivity and dock utilization
  • Prepare daily reports for receipts, pending invoices, shortages, damages, and discrepancies
  • Track ageing of pending receipts and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Candidate preferred from same profile
  • 3-6 years of experience in material receiving operation
  • Minimum 2-3 years of team-handling experience preferred
