If so, we invite you to join our client, a global leader in industrial machinery, as an MRP Controller in Basingstoke, England! This is a Monday to Friday office based role.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain customer demands
  • Execute MRP processes to generate purchase and production orders
  • Monitor MRP system performance
  • identify and implement improvements
  • Predict future customer demand through data analysis and forecasting
  • Manage inventory levels to minimise stockouts and excess
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery
  • Generate detailed reports on inventory and supply chain metrics
  • Maintain and update MRP system data, ensuring accuracy and integrity

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of MRP principles and proficiency in MRP software (e.g., ERP systems)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management is preferred

  • Maintain and continuously improve material readiness dashboards and trackers using dashboarding tools or spreadsheets
  • Partner with OPMs to consolidate and validate data for build readiness reviews, material risk assessments, and leadership updates
