Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Supply Chain / related field
3–7 years of experience as Material Planner / Maintenance Planner / Turnaround Planner in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industries
Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, turnaround/shutdown planning, and spare parts management
Proficiency in SAP PM/MM, ERP, or similar systems
Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills

Job Responsibility

Plan, forecast, and manage material requirements for turnaround/shutdown projects
Review Bill of Materials (BoM), job packs, and work orders to identify material needs
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials
Maintain accurate records of materials, stock levels, and issue slips
Ensure critical spares and consumables are available before shutdown execution
Track shortages and expedite urgent material requests
Support maintenance planners, engineers, and execution teams during PMTA projects
