Job Responsibility:
Act as the main interface between customers, suppliers, and internal production teams for all supply chain and logistics topics
Manage customer call-offs including EDI setup and processing, demand and forecast analysis, and customer communication
Ensure continuous and efficient component supply for assigned production lines (24/7 responsibility)
Coordinate and monitor supplier performance, initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
Plan, track, and manage shipments of finished products according to customer requirements
Manage stock levels in line with business targets and ensure timely updates of logistics master data in SAP
Coordinate annual inventory, analyze stock variances, and define corrective measures
Manage packaging availability, expandable packaging, and cost recovery
Handle logistics aspects of product modifications, SOP/EOP activities, and vehicle changes to avoid obsolescence
Analyze logistics data, identify risks and gaps in the supply chain, and propose continuous improvements
Define and improve logistics KPIs, follow up on customer and supplier scorecards, and moderate cross-functional meetings
Manage overseas logistics issues, consolidation centers, carriers, and customs-related topics
Resolve logistics incidents, customer portal issues, and penalty disputes
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Actively contribute to continuous improvement and excellence in logistics processes, in line with Brose Principles and Code of Conduct
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience after graduation in logistics or supply chain management
Experience in automotive industry is preferred
candidates without automotive background can be considered
Solid knowledge of logistics processes and material flows in a manufacturing environment
SAP experience as a user (MM, SD modules)
Advanced Excel skills (analysis, reporting, data handling)
Experience with customer call-offs, EDI, demand planning, and supplier management
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify risks and improvement potential
Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
